Applications for the Together Las Cruces emergency relief grant are currently closed.
To date, the CFSNM team has awarded nearly $400,000 to families in need. We appreciate your support, and need more donations to the fund in order to continue serving more families during this time.
The worldwide health pandemic of COVID-19 has impacted millions of families across the nation. The Las Cruces community has faced an economic downturn in response to state-mandated orders, and local tourism and hospitality service workers are among the largest group to feel the effect. Thanks to a group of local restauranteurs, business owners, and philanthropists, residents of Doña Ana county won’t be fighting this battle alone – Together Las Cruces is available to assist families during this time of need.
WHO CAN QUALIFY?
Managed and administered by the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico, the Together Las Cruces fund will support a grant to qualifying Doña Ana county residents who have been laid off or furloughed, or have experienced a significant loss of income as a result of the state’s executive order. Funds will be awarded in the amount of $100-$500, based on the applying individuals’ needs and funds available.
